We feel thousands of emotions. It can be happiness,joy,calmness,boredom, anger, sadness,fear,pain, awkwardness, solitude, anxiety etc.  Can be anything. 


But the question is this, are we embracing all the emotions we have? 


When we were kids, our guardian taught us how to behave, what to feel and what not to feel. 


These teachings are different according to our genders. 


This Society and the people around us shaped our emotions and today our dealing are premise of our past experience. we are used to feelings the same as we taught yesterday. 


A good woman can't act in that specific manner. a man can't cry out loud. These stereotypes are saved in our mind. 


This is the reason why our emotional system is so complicated and obscure. 


We are not able to express ourselves what we really feel. 


Sometimes we have many feelings and emotions inside that can't be expressed. Actually they can be expressed. It's just a  matter of thinking that it can't be expressed. If you try to express your feelings and emotions, you will. 


You have to embrace your emotions. 


How to embrace your emotions


I will tell you two ways to embrace your emotions. First one is,  'Mindfulness ' and the other one is  'Acceptance'

Mindfulness can help to deal with your feelings and embrace your emotions. This practice will help you to go back to the present moment. 

We usually avoid the unsolicited things we don't want to hear, don't want to read, don't want to see, but this is not a permanent solution. Right? 

But mindfulness will help you to guide you in that particular situation. 


We have to be more accepting of things specially when it comes to our emotions. Just accept what the feeling you have, don't judge your emotions just observe them. 


Give it a try, I am sure the result will be satisfying. 


How and where the problems occurs 


So the bigger question is this how and where the problem occurs. Everyone in this world has a different brain and feels differently. There is a uniqueness in our emotional system. We think differently and feel differently. We understand things differently. 

The problem is we are very defensive towards our feelings and emotions. Whenever we don't feel good and somebody asks us. Hii, how are you feeling? What's going on? 

We say, ' I am okey' 

We don't have a proper answer to reply. 

Why? 

Because we think that the feelings and emotions we are having inside us that can't be said or explained. 

And sometimes we don't know how we are feeling. 

We made it too complex to explain. 


We live in a society where we are taught that Anger, sadness and crying are bad emotions and We don't have it. we feel shame to have these Byzantine emotions inside us. 


You know what. 


Nobody told us that 'every emotion is important'

Nobody told us, ' it's ok to be angry and sad sometimes' 


Dear, 

Every emotion is important to build the perfect structure of our emotional system. It's ok to feel your feelings. They are part of us. You are human. it's obvious to have feelings and emotions. 


We have to be more expressive. More careful. 


If we will not control our emotional system, they will control us. If they will control us then this could be dangerous for us and our surroundings. 



Why we need to control our emotions and feelings -

Answer is very simple, our emotions control our acts and our act is responsible for our future Outcomes. To live a happy and more satisfied life we must learn our emotional system. 


If we want to control over our emotions and feelings we should embrace our every emotion


When we embrace all emotions we have, we take a one step closer to our success moreover a happy life. We have to build a reinforce mechanism.


From happiness to sadness, from bored to anger.If we try to suppress our emotions or never throw them out. These emotions turn into anxiety and high anxiety can make you neutral which is extremely menacing to us. 


You can't find happiness in this way. Being neutral invites many flaws in life. You can't feel anything when you can't feel anything. You will face problems understanding things properly. Lack of understanding brings many bad effects on our daily life. Ultimately it will decrease your brain power. 


Avoiding the things can sooth you at the moment but it can't be a permanent solution. At the end of the line it shows futile 

If you want a permanent solution you have to work on it. It's not an overnight process obviously it will take time.

But it's good to have some time. After all it's all about yourself. 

Take your time. 


Be more expressive. Feel yourself and the things around you. Feel the beauty of nature, the cold gust of wind, feel the love. 

Express yourself. Try to express yourself in your words not every person needs your explanation but a few do. Be expressive to them you will feel little lighten

  

They are your emotions, Respect them, love them, take care of them and never make an offensive attempt to express them. Nurture your emotions with care and love. Always embrace all emotions you have. I am repeating here, 'never judge your emotions just observe them, just accept them as they are. Just try to back in the living moment. You will collect more joy by observing them instead of judging them. Emotions are meant to express and observe.'



I hope one day you will control your emotions and feelings. You will embrace all emotions. Having a control on your core emotions is an art of living.. We must learn this heart to pursue a happy and satisfying life.
