Tips to unfollow Negativity in daily life

Negatives and positives are parts of our life. If one day we have positivity , another day can be negative for us. It's important to manage both of them in order to balance the equilibrium. 


We usually face challenges when one of these two take the majority in our life. If we are having so much positivity that can be wrong in some way and similarly if we are full of negative vibes that can be drastic for us. 
Yeah being a negative personality can be hazardous than that of positive. We must avoid negative vibes. 



It's important to unfollow the negatives in order to live a peaceful life
Before having a Peaceful life you must understand the importance of peaceful life. 

You will not be surprised if I say social media is the most toxic place to live. Ironically we can't stop using social media because it's our need in today's world. 

Using social media is also beneficial too, you can share your thoughts and opinion with one click. 

People who are using social media today are in billions in number. It's next to impossible for us to control what kind of stuff they are pos onting on social media.

The best way to avoid negativity on social media is unfollow and unsubscribe. Unfollow all the stuff which brings you negative vibes, which is causing your mental peace. If they are causing your mental peace they are costing too much. 

I am also a social media user. I am very active on social media. I also saw these negative vibes you can also call it toxicity. Specially trollers are another kind of species on social media who find negativity in every topic. They write unnecessary things on their post, sometimes they jump on anyone's comment section. 

I agree everyone has equal rights to speak and it's their choice what they want to write but they should behave like a responsible person, they should have to be sensible to others. If anyone who is doing it continually and reading my post here. It's my humble request to all of you please don't do this.You have no idea how much your words and bullying can affect another person. First try to put yourself in their shoe then push your words forward. Think before typing and think before speaking. 


When I talk to people, many of them talk about the negativity which they are having in their daily life. Sometimes I have a conversation with my friends and In our conversation we discussed these topics. 


See it's important to discuss what is happening around you. Your surroundings directly affect you and when we have a discussion we are on the way to find a proper solution to the problem. 


Here we are talking about unfollowing the negativity on social media. So there is a sweet and simple solution to your problem: just unfollow and unsubscribe the negative account. Don't give them unnecessary attention, they don't require it , they don't deserve a single minute of your attention. On the other hand you should post some positive stuff by yourself. Everyone should do this. 


I saw people crying for having negativity in their life. Let me ask you a question. ' what you are doing to bring some negativity in your life and others too ' 


If you are doing nothing to catch positivity in your life you have no right to complain about things. If you have no craving for positivity then don't cry for having negativity.
Remember that you can't control others behaviour; you simply can't control what they will say to answer your question. So when you can't control the things why you are wasting your time on them. 


Time is such a precious thing in this world. Value your time, value yourself ,be generous to yourself and take good care of yourself. 

Doesn't matter if you have a personal account or any other kind of account. Don't drag yourself into the unnecessary debate and if you are doing it then it's your loss and you know that, you know so perfectly that these things are continuously hunting your mental pleasure. Still you are doing it then it's your mistake here. 


Your mental health is important. It's a direct connection between you and your livelihood.
Your life is your responsibility. Only you and you are responsible for your pleasure and happiness. 


Simply avoid the things which harm your mental health and inner peace not even on social media but in real life too. 

Yes, like social media our real life is also complicated stuff. We have people in our life and you can say in our surroundings who brings so much negativity in our daily life. Sometimes it's happened because we are having a habit of Being fluctuated by others' behaviour. 

And sometimes we just can't remove those people from our life. Simply cure yourself from all this. You can hear their talks but never observe their energy of criticism. It will be the best lesson if you learn it. 


Do Unfollow, unfriend, block, restrict, erase , do whatever you want to do with them but don't observe that harmful energy and negative vibes what they are throwing on you. 

Here I am not saying to do any impossible thing to do. It's possible. Even though I am doing it. If I am doing it, you also can do the same. 

Just walk away from those things who are giving you bad vibes. You don't have to explain yourself to everyone, 

The only way to win this game is don't take part. Don't play with fools, you are not born for it. Be a man of vision, be different among all. 

I remember when I was so frustrated with the negativity that I was having around me. I am still having them. they are part of life. We can't run away from it but we can save us from it . 
What I am doing. I am just saving myself from the negative environment and trying to bring positivity all around. 

It's just a simple task that needs patience. 
Unfollow negativity become easy to you.
