But every individual uses their time differently. It's all a matter of your productivity. It's 2020, I'm this era we have too much work to do but time is limited.
What is productivity -
Productivity stands for getting more results in less time. Smart work will be essential tool there.
Let's take an example of two persons. Where person one is doing the same work as person two. They both are doing the same work and getting the same results but the major difference is time. Person one took less time than person two. It's called the matter of productivity. Person one is more productive than person two.

When you have too much work to do without indexing the tasks, there will be so much information in your mind and while processing these information your mind will be hung.
So it's important to manage your task. How will you do it?
I am sharing some factors, tips and tricks to increase your productivity.

If you want to increase your productivity with smart efforts these factors can be key to unlock your desired need.
You can earn more efficient remarks by doing small efforts. So here I am going to share these two most famous and most reliable techniques. I can assure you if you follow these techniques you will get the best outcomes in the near future.
First one is
Pomodoro technique-
most famous technique which is used in time management. I knew about it long ago when I was in school. It's developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. In this technique we divided our task in parts. So task can be broken down into internals called pomodoro
How to do it?
1. Choose your task
2. Select the timer ( idol timer is twenty five minutes)
3. Work while on this selected timer and do not check the remaining time again and again
4. When time get over take the short break of five minutes
5. After four pomodoro cycles take a long break ( idol break length is 20 minutes )
Note -
1. Avoid distraction don't use social media
2. Avoid checking remaining time
It's a very useful technique. You should try it once.
Second is
80/20 rule-
80/20 rule is also known as the Pareto Principle, this rule suggests that 20 percent of your work done will achieve 80 percent of your results.
It's a most useful technique for life and time management.
It was founded by the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, back in 1895.
By applying this technique 80% of the results will come after 20% of the action.

You should understand that we can't do everything in just twenty fours hours. We have made our idol schedule on the basis of our capabilities.
