In my humble opinion Waking up early gives you self confidence. And organise your daily task. Waking up early and watching the rising sun is a beautiful feeling. This habit also makes you healthier. So Wake up early and do some activities. By doing this you can organise your day so nicely.
It's working slowly. Working on this habit can fulfill your life. When you read about successful people you will notice one thing in common that is reading.
Many of them are good readers. Reading provides you a power of deeper thinking, it's the volume of your thoughts, you can also become a good observer.
Reading books also reduces stress. I'm today's era It's very obvious to find a person who is having stress in life. Reading can help you in that way. I also tried this so many times. Whenever I get a little hurt or stressed and want to calm myself first. I read. So in the same way I recommend this habit to you people. Add this habit of reading in your daily life. Read everyday.

People go to bed while having their smartphone and laptops and start working on it. Most of the time they don't have any mandatory or necessary tasks, they still waste their time sleeping on social media or any other online activities.
Youngsters of this era must have to understand the requirements of the sleeping schedule.
