Before talking about mental health tips. It's important to know about what is mental health. 


Mental health



Mental health, everyone talks about mental health when it's trends. Mostly people are very lenient about mental health. They only talk when they think everybody is talking about it. Unknowingly and knowingly they become a part of a trend. But people have to understand that mental health is not your PR campaign, it's a very serious issue. 

Around 450 million people currently suffer from mental health issues. 450 million is not a small number. 

We humans have different actions and behaviours for any different situation or circumstances. We all have different attitudes and mindsets after all. 

Some of us have calmness, coolness mostly composed. On the other hand some are grumpy, irritated, angered and so on. 

People around us react differently for any kind of situation, most people get angry, Anxious whenever the low points come in their life. But there Are also people who stand firm and remain calm in bigger situations of life.

"This execution depends on mental health"

Mental health includes our emotional thinking and behaviour, here I am sharing some tips of good mental health. By following these tips you can enhance your mental health.

Priorities your actions -

Action speaks louder than words, when we are suffering from mental illness usually lose control over action and behaviour. One thing everyone should remember is that we have full control over our actions and behaviour. We should decide where to speak and where we need to remain silent. 
Try to keep yourself cool headed, because when problems come only a cool and calm mind can solve problems. 
It's a very common thing everyone knows but we humans have a habit to forget it. That's why reminders are important. And I am always here to remind you all good things.


Analyze yourself - 

it's very important. We have to know about ourselves, about how we think, how we act, how we describe ourselves, how we present ourselves in front of others, what we really are and what we are displaying about ourselves. 
Because until we do this our mental health will not be enhanced. 


Self care -  

 place self care in your daily routine. Self care includes both physical and mental health. Find a way of self care like you can dress up yourself in a unique way, you can enjoy your hobby, you can play outside on the playground, you can make good food anything you wanna do just do. 

Appreciate yourself and others too. Application gives you confidence, when you appreciate yourself you give confidence to yourself and when you appreciate others you give them confidence to grow. 

Be ready to support yourself. Be ready in taking care of yourself. 

  

Don't compare - 

just change the habit of comparison. When every individual is different so why do we need to compare ourselves with another person? 

Comparison gives us unnecessary tension and anxiety. Whenever we compare ourselves with another individual we usually down our value in our eyes. 

Is that too much to understand? We should not compare our phase one to another's phase twenty? It's not right. 

Comparison should happen between two same things or same on the same level.
Don't down yourself ever. Your only competition is you. Try to beat yourself, try to improve yourself. 




Learn from mistakes- 

always learn from your mistakes. Learning is part of life. We made mistakes, we learn, we grow. It's important to not make the same mistake again and again.

Don't waste your time thinking about your previous mistakes. What is done it's done. If you made a mistake and you regret it, there are only two ways. Either you can correct it or move on. 
Moving on will be easy if your mistake is uncorrectable. 

Everyone makes mistakes,we are not robot.we are human. In my opinion you should learn the lesson and move on.


Don't dwell on past incidents-  

we usually spend our time thinking about past incidents. Guys you know that time is so precious. once it is gone, it's gone. there is no way to get it back. 

So why are we wasting it on unnecessary things? Like dwelling on a past incident which can't be changed anymore. 

Just try to forget them, if they are hurting you try to busy yourself in another work. 

Just stop blaming yourself, stop feeling guilty. You can't control everything in your life. 

Sometimes it's important to go with flow.

Build trust on yourself-  

Remove the habit of self doubt. Trust in your ability is the key factor to get new heights. We met people and we talked to them.

Sometimes we discussed our future. Well in a friendly advice I can say don't share too much about your future goals to everyone. It would be best if you share with greatest intellectuals or the person who belong to same field as you are pursuing

Some people in this  world are only here to break your confidence. So don't listen to them, keep believing in yourself. Keep going forward. After all believe is the masterstroke. 



 

Develop a habit of daily exercise- 

 Daily exercise will keep you fit, healthy and active. If you will stay active regularly more capillaries grow in the muscles. Your long term exercise will decrease the risk of heart attack. One of the major benefits of daily exercise is your blood can pick up more oxygen to your lungs, when lungs pick oxygen they transfer into muscles which they really need. 

Daily exercise can fresh up your brain power, will sharpen your memory and keep you positive. 

So these are the benefits of daily exercise. I hope you will place it in your daily life. 

 

Meditation will be helpful to enhance your mental health- 

 mental health professionals also suggest meditation. Because meditation is the prominent factor which can decrease your mental illness. 

Meditation is the master key of your peace of mind and mental health. 

Apply mindfulness meditation in your life. 

Meditation is a process which provides you new perspective and can also help you to understand your emotions without judging them.

Love yourself-   

love yourself is the love which lasted. Loving yourself is so easy still we are not doing it. We are searching for love outside and thinking that person will give us what we want, that person can fill our heart with their presence, that person will keep us happy, will love us, will take care of us.

 We are expecting all of it from other people. And what the mistake we made is we forget that we are also someone who can give the same amount of love to others but there is one condition which holds between the exchange of love.

It is self love. When we have enough love inside only when we can give to another person. 

If we are empty from inside we can't give enough love and attention to another person




See how simple it is. Only we made it complicated. It all depends on our point of view and somehow on our will too. Like how we see things when they appear in front of us, how we execute things when they are not in our way. 
Our mental health is in our hand. We can make it or we can ruin it. I hope these tips will help you to get your mental peace. Remember that your mental health is your priority.
