It's on us. How we treat ourselves. How much work we are doing to make it great. How we observe things. How we see things. What is our point of view?

It's completely on us. We are the creators. We are the makers. We can either make it better or make it worsen.

People in this world crave happiness. 

Better life is not something that you get in a one day process. It's not something that you immediately have in the morning.

You have to work on yourself day by day. Brick by brick, strength by strength.

This might sound old chattering, but this is the truth which you should accept.

Better life gives us satisfaction and appreciation. We all want it. So we have to create it. Nobody will do it for us.

We got this life for one time. Live every moment. Make your life a special event.

Life offers us various battles to fight. These battles can be hard and easy as well. We can't imagine life without battles.

When the situation became worse, we faced that. Either we come out as a hero or as a victim of the situation.

It's our choice what we want to become. Our choices make us.

Sometimes life throws us in front of complex challenges. Sometimes we faced tandem challenges Without any break.

Bad becomes worse. And we feel worried and fear inside of us. 

Whenever we go under these situations, it is hard to visualize the future.

A Life fills with unexpected twists and terms. We never know what comes next. 

Sometimes we get non expected chronic diseases. Such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, cystic fibrosis, etc. 

When these kinds of diseases happen in life, Patients have to go through specific treatments and medications. 

Sometimes a patient loses his/her mental peace. At that time people around the patients grant him condolences. 

Sometimes it works on their way but sometimes it doesn't work. 

People also go to counseling sessions according to their needs. I can understand how much it affects me mentally. But losing all hopes and will is not a solution. 

You can live a better life with cancer, diabetes, etc. 

I know and can understand the seriousness of the disease. You have to live happily. 

You will be okay. This world is yours. This is your life. Live it fully. You might be thinking It can be easy to say.

Yeah perhaps. But as a motivational Blogger what can I say?

As it is our lifestyle, these things are getting included in our daily life. People in their workplaces are sitting in the same exposure for an hour. 

Some are constantly standing during their working hours.

Students are sitting in the same exposure for a long time while studying. 

The outcome we get in our healthy and fit body losing its identity under the pressure of these noted things. 

We all are doing it because we don't have any other options.

6- Eat healthy food. Food filled with nutrients will keep your body fit. It sounds cliche but it's true.

7- Make time your priority. It's precious. Don't waste it on unnecessary things. 

8- Keep yourself focused on goals. Your goals are the prime things that make your life better. 

9- Don't get stuck in the past. Learn the lesson and move on. 

10- Keep Your tandem efforts. A better life will not come overnight. You have to work for it.

11- Be grateful. Appreciate what you have today and work for tomorrow. Feel gratitude every day. 

12- try to achieve small goals, one day these small efforts give you bigger outcomes. 

13- Don't limit yourself. Keep yourself up from the place of self doubt, insecurity, negative words and people.
