People are suffering from discomfort of sleeping and insomnia. The importance of good sleep we understand when it shows adverse effects on our health. So please follow these tricks and tips, before you get in trouble. There are some Simple Things Everyone Should Do Before Going To Bed. Have a look. 



Screen time off-

First and foremost you have off your screen time before two or one hours when you are going to bed.

Because if you do not do it now, sooner or later you will become insomniac without any prior knowledge.

Your screen time affects your sleeping habits. 

We waste our precious sleeping time while using these smart devices. Sometimes on social media on checking emails and messages and sometimes while scrolling feed without any reason.

Using smartphones and laptops at the time of dark puts hazardous effects on your eye sight. 

Today's it's a part of the teenage groups and people who do not belong to this age also blindly follow this like a fashion trend. 

While doing this people usually don't think about their health, let me remind you your bad sleeping schedule has britel effects on your physical and mental health.

If you will not have a good sleep, you will probably suffer from mental health issues like discomfort of feelings and dizziness.

Similarly it's also down to your physical health, like not having a good sleep at night brought us tiredness. We feel wet, tired and dejected in some way.

So in my humble opinion one should turn off screen time before going to bed in order to get peaceful sleep.



Take a walk -

Take a short walk before going to bed. I know we are living a busy life, we hardly make time for ourselves. But it doesn't mean it's not important.

After having dinner, a short walk is important. It stretches your muscles and also helps in the process of digestion.

Normally people walk after having a meal just because they want to avoid the common problem of gastric. When you have a heavy meal it's very common to have such problems. So yeah walking can help to reduce these conditions in some way. 

Also remember that walking after having a meal can reduce the risk of Diabetes. People who are suffering from a disease called Diabetes should walk daily. 

Kindly remember that your walking should be at normal pace. 



Read books or listen music -

Reading and listening to music makes you calm. The feeling of calmness brought you peaceful sleeping. All day rushing makes us tired on both physical and mentally levels.

As a reader I can assure you this will surely help you to achieve a good and standard life. 

People do prayers before sleeping, some read the teaching of god.

They do it because they have a belief that this will help them to feel calm and relax.

I am a regular reader so I read books before sleeping. It reduces my stress and I totally forget my pain and hurt while reading good books.

Some people who don't like to read can listen to calm music and songs, it also makes you feel better. Soft music works like a therapy. I am also a music lover, it makes me feel like I am in a secure place. 

Reading and listening to songs and music are the most important things in my life. they are part of me. 



Sleep meditation-

People who have sleeping problems, follow sleeping meditation. 

It takes ten to fifteen minutes only. The process of inhaling and exhaling takes your little time but gives you more beneficial results that you wish for. 

There are many apps and videos which are teaching you how to do it. There are also some people and organizations who run this help for the benefit of people. 

You can choose what you want or what makes you feel comfortable. It's your choice eventually.

Well this habit demands patience and regular will to attain the target that is asked to get. It will take time so you have to keep patience while following this one. It's not an overnight practice after all. 

People who find trouble in sleeping must follow the sleeping meditation. It helps you to calm yourself. Try this one if you have one problem regarding this one. 



Take a warm bath-

Study also says that a warm bath offers you better sleeping. It should not be more than ten minutes.

Having a warm bath before sleeping improves blood circulation and reduces stress and tiredness.

It mainly reduces your tiredness and helps you get better sleep. Because if you are not tired you feel good and relax. And this may help you in many ways.

See we all worked the whole day and there was too much in our whole day that we faced. 

And a warm bath reduces our feeling of discomfort and makes us fresh and active like we were at the start of the day. 



Make your own bed -

It's also part of gratitude. Making your own bed before going to sleep will provide you a little confidence in yourself.

Sleeping on a disorganized and dirt bedsheet grants negative vibes towards us.

And that negative energy affects our mental health.

Mostly people don't care about such things. At night they feel tired and after having dinner they try to sleep as soon as possible.

Also people have tomorrow's worries in mind. So they really don't want to give attention to these things like making a bed for themselves. 

If you are living alone somewhere, then it becomes a more important task to you. Because you have no one around you who will do it for you.

It takes only ten minutes, everyone should follow this. Because better sleeping is a vital requirement for physical and mental health both. 



Relax yourself -

relax yourself. Before going to bed it's the most important thing you should do.

Relax your body, relax your mind. You can read, you can do sleeping meditation, you can try which is made for you to feel good. 

Try to sleep in loose clothing.

If negative thoughts come to mind you have to replace them with positive one.

Try to stay de-stress at the time of sleeping. You can think about these things at other times.

Give thanks to god to give you this life. Feel positive, think positive. Be grateful for what you have done today or what you have.
