In this fast paced world. People are busy facing their daily life challenges. Sometimes the outer side of the world affects us in this way, we get changes in ourselves. These changes transform us into complete new people.

The bad part of these changes is, we realise these changes so late. till we realize it. we completely become a new person by then. Becoming a new person is not the problem. Losing your true self is.

Losing our own identity is the problem which creates disturbance in life.

When I heard from people that they are a complete new person as they never were before. I love that part that people are improving. People are doing things that make them happy and productive. These things always fill my heart with satisfaction.

But every person is not the same. Not every person has the same environment and ethics.

People who think that they were more happy before also have their existence. I often heard from people that they were more structured before. More efficient before. More stable and calm. Some of them used to love more, live more. But now things are not the same as before.

The problem is people lose themselves while struggling with their circumstances.

It's important to make changes in yourself. When you are willing to become a successful person. Because you can't be happy by losing your core identity. that makes you real. Let me illustrate this point for you. 



Why is this happen-

Before telling you ways to overcome this problem called 'losing yourself'. You must have a clear knowledge of why this happens.

We humans are very obsessed with knowing what other people have and what they are doing. In other words we got highly influenced by the outside world. 

This influence comes from either social media or people around us. This influence changes us. People who are under this influence often start feeling lost, unhappy. Sometimes unworthy and less productive too.

When the outside world puts its vibes in excessive forms . And we can also say that we give our extra attention to the outside world. Things get problematic. 

Unknowingly we create a life which is not enjoyable to us. Which is not happy there always is a little bit of fake-ness exists.

Living an unhappy life for a long time gives invitations to irregularities. Irregularities in living style. irregularities in emotions and feelings. irregularities in understanding and executing the things.

But let me know you. Like every problem has a solution, this one also has.

People change themselves when they want to be like others. Majority of people got attracted to someone else's aura. 

Sometimes these people can be our friends. close relatives. any public figure and someone whom we know. Will to be like someone will never provide you satisfactory results. 

You can adopt someone's good traits but never compromise your true self or your true identity.

Your comparison should be you. When you compare yourself. You force yourself to pretend like they are something that you are not. That feeling grants Inferiority complex. You must avoid this.

You are best in your own way. You don't have to be like someone else. Embrace yourself. See positive traits of yours enhance them. See growth in yourself. Be your own competitor when you want to improve yourself. Evaluate yourself. 

Your life is beautiful. You are beautiful. Change your prospective. You will be a happy soul.

'Detox yourself' yes! It's the most important part of life. We live in a world where toxicity exists in a broad manner. 

Everywhere around us. So it's our responsibility to detox ourselves from all the toxicity. Because some people around us are so busy throwing trash on other people. 

Social media is the place where you can see all this stuff with open eyes. 

It affects you in both direct and indirect ways. If it affects you directly you got early influenced by them. When it indirectly affects you. 

This works slowly but it affects you. It will ruin Your mental peace. In simple words. Toxicity Brought you negative effects and influenced you where it exists. 

So it's your responsibility to detox yourself when it's needed. Remove, avoid and unfollow all those persons or things which bring negative vibes in your life. 


Connect with people who knows you better-

We met many people in our life's journey. We made strong connections with some people. Sometimes we want to make a connection with people who never think about us.

But our heart wants them in our life. Connections become stronger and stronger as time gets old. Also efforts are responsible for making a strong connection with anyone. In simple words we can say an unbreakable bond.

Things get better when we spend time with these people. We laugh with them, We share sorrow with them. All happy and sad moments. Every time you spend with them it's a good time. They know us better. Whenever we feel lost. we need to know about ourselves. Old us. 

These people can help us to know ourselves. We find our comfort around these people. So it will be easy to find a solution to every problem that occurs in our way. So please stay connected with them. 


Take self help moments to boost your confidence -

It's very normal to feel discomfort and unmotivated in life. Lacking self confidence decreases your productivity and creativity as well. 

Either you can be your own motivation to build self confidence or you can take outer excess. which keeps you motivated in life.

Spending time with nature is my most favourable thing to do. I love to be around nature. It brings me a smile, soothing happiness, comfort and calmness. You feel fresh after spending time with nature.

You know it boosts your brainpower and sharpens your memory. 

People who are sitting in town areas or in big cities. Investing time with nature demands efforts. But it doesn't mean we can't find any natural beauty in those particular areas. Of course we can find it.

Doesn't matter which age group we belong to. Nature is for all of us. It gives the same benefits to all of us.

  1. You are right, In many ways outer world affects us and we too got impacted from it, . Giving oneself time, detoxify, cutting out the negative influences whether on social media or in real world helped us to stay motivated. I loved nature too, and I have lots of plants in my house and I always felt good while taking care of them. Moving around is also a great tip, when you are feeling down. Great Tips.
