What you want to achieve in your life. And what you are getting in life. Goals emphasize on the way what you intend to do. 

If you know what you want in life and have no idea how to get there. It means You need strong Goals setting equations to pursue what you are dreaming about. 

Successful Personalities always believe in goal setting. Have you ever thought about why some people are more efficient on tasks than another one. Goals setting plays a key role here.

If you are less committed to your goals. There will be more chances of giving up. 

We set goals for ourselves, for our career, for our family, for our life. 

And if anyhow we give up from them. Disappointment took place in life. We humans think that not getting a desirable destination is a mark of failure. 

Most of the people give up because they were less committed to their goals. Other's give up because they lost their interest in the middle of the journey. 

Only few of them pursue their goals. And the main reason behind it is commitment. 

Commitment is the ingredient which embarks the flavor of your doings. Which grants you a successful life. 

Here I can give you friendly advice that will be comfortable with your goals setting ideas. Choose right career options which never let you down, which never let you give up. 

Don't try to juggle between many options in the beginning. Choose one right path for yourself. You can multiply your work efficiency later on. First you have to seal your primary goal.

Before telling about what should be your high and simple goals for this year. I want to advise you that you must set your goals on your own. Use your brain and choose what is right for you. Here I can only share some basic things. that you can follow side by side while you are working for bigger goals in your life. Here are some basic Elements that you can follow as your goals. 


Fitness goals-

Physical activity is important in life. You can't pass your life by staying at one place. Sitting in one place. brought laziness, dizziness, discomfort, sadness and some critical or noncritical disease. 

Physical fitness has vital importance in today's era. The world around us is so busy, polluted and chaotic. 

We humans are becoming careless about our fitness day by day. 

Fit body gives you energy to work more. it multiplies your work efficiency. Also keeps you away from chronic disease like Diabetes, heart failure etc. 

Make your exercise routine. Make a small change this year. Try it yourself. You will realize the difference between them. 



Good health- 

you can't deny the significant role of good health. Its emphasis on our daily activities. Healthy body comes with daily eating habits. Having a Nutritional food grants good health. Good health is a safeguard of physical, social and mental illness. 

If you are a person with good health, you will be able to serve for yourself and for others as well. 

Eat a healthy meal, follow a proper diet plan, and drink a lot of water. 

Don't skip breakfast, dinner, or lunch just because you are not in the mood to have it. 

You don't realize but these habits processed bad outcomes on your health. 

You should allow this habit to be with you. 



Break at least one bad habit- 

Breaking a bad has the same importance as taking a good habit. Sometimes more than that. I have never seen a person who is having zero bad habits. A person with zero bad habits can be God. 

We are humans. We are not hundred percent perfect. 

The idea of perfection in humans might not exist. But we can try to drop one bad habit which bothers us from time to time. 

This can be a habit of overthinking, time wasting, excessive sleeping etc. These habits deserve to be dropped. 

Leave at least one bad habit this year. And Feel the difference by the ending of this year.

Good habits drive good characters. It's a simple learning that we got from our childhood days. 

No one wants to be a bad person at all. All of us want good from others but we have to be good for others too and for ourselves as well.
