The Healing Of Nature

THE HEALING POWER OF NATURE 

 Do you ever feel that nature has a Miraculous healing power? The healing power of nature works in a therapeutic way.

Today's we are busy with indoor activities like gaming, watching television and mostly on mobile internet. Yeah if you are a working person, holding a job or company or organization or any other source which can generate money or produce work, we are a busy person as usual. Sometimes we are as busy just like these twenty four hours are short for a day. 

We hardly have time for outdoor activities like visiting in the park or walking in the street. Also we barely observe what nature is serving us. 


Let me share one of my experiences with you. 

It's been a long time since I was like this. When I was quiet, in some way an introvert, not a person who talked much, I was a person who loved to stay at home. It was the toughest phase for me when I was undergoing the process of healing. Things were not like that as they are today or maybe it's my fault from my point of view. 


Hmm, one day I was standing at the window. Window was closed. It was raining outside. I was gazing the outer view where droplets of water were falling in the form of rain and washing the leaves of the trees, whenever the fall down the sand completely observed them. It's clearly visible that the view was beautiful beyond imagination. Rain slowly slid down  on the glass of the window. The rhyming of the rain was audible. Wind was waving slowly, drops of rain were falling and washing the dust away from the leaves. These drops were kissing the earth surface. There was enchanted greenery in the vicinity. Everything seemed new. Leaf was dancing, Sky was painted so well by the dark clouds. I was falling for that view like a raindrop. 




I opened the window and suddenly the gust of cold wind came and touched me softly with love. 

I was able to feel the coldness which was well dissolved in the atmosphere. Wind was playing with my hairs, 

I was enjoying the view. I pushed my hand outside the window and tried to catch the drops of rain. as I remember It was the first rain of the season. 

The Petrichor smell of sand was so pleasant and mind blowing. I feel so loved and delighted. Well that time you can see that ecstasy in my eyes. 


Nature has a healing power. We belong to it. We form from it. 

Whenever you find yourself around nature, around the breathtaking beauty of nature just try to observe it, try to touch them , try to feel them. It's a wonderful feeling anyone could ever have.

Colossal power of nature provides us a happy living. I can't imagine and I never found a single person who doesn't love the beauty of nature. 


Nature has so much to offer like a happy mind, clarity in thoughts, peaceful living, this beauty soothes our eyes, blesses our soul. It can lead us to self awareness and mindfulness. 


Things are so therapeutic around us. It's us who are always busy with other things. 


In our day to day life. some of us are just passing their time. It would be better if I say they are wasting it. On the other hand some of us are extremely workaholic and are busy at work. It's good if you are serious towards your work, take your work seriously, carry all responsibility effortlessly whether it's personal or professional. 


When we are going with all of it. There comes a time when we feel anxious, tired, cluttered, frustrated from daily work. Because we have been doing the same thing for so long probably. That's time we need rest, we need a break, we need peace, we need to detox ourselves, declutter ourselves before the burnout comes.

In that scenario nature can be a best option for anyone. Even when you are depressed , nature can be the best remedy for you. You can restore yourself with the healing power of nature.

In that short break you can visit any hill station or any other quiet place which you think that place can give you peace. 

If you can't do this, you are not able to do this at all because of your working commitments. Just do one simple thing and it's an early morning walk. It's the easiest thing anyone can do. 


Prescribe yourself an early morning walk. Early morning walk can be very beneficial for you. Wake up early to enjoy tweeting of birds and beautiful sunrise. Early morning sky is so beautiful and the air is less polluted. You can breathe freely. All in all the whole vicinity will give you the feeling of calm and relaxation. 


Starting your morning in this way takes a lot of things to accomplish. These vibes collected a large amount of positive affirmations which can light up your whole day.

You can also go to the beach, a park, or a farm to be a part of an exquisite show. 


The exceptional beauty of nature will take away your pain and discomfort. Study said that people feel happy and less stressed while spending time outside. Make connections with nature. It will help to improve your mental wellbeing, you can become less depressed, less stressed, and less anxious.you can be more calm and balanced.


Beautiful sceneries, fresh air, painted sky, petrichor smell, greenery they all are parts of nature and they all can uplift your mental wellbeing. 


Gazing a beautiful view is always better than gazing at a tech screen. 


Your peace comes first. You have to take care of yourself. Taking care of ourselves is not selfish, it's our responsibility. It's our life. 

Because we are formed from nature, we are part of nature, so that we can say these all natural beauty spreading mother's love towards us. 

How can we say no to accept this selfless love and care. They all are blessing us. Accept those blessings in order to live a happy life.
